How do I pay for my stand?

RHPT does not take payments in the app. Pay into the official RHPT bank account shown in your account, using your stand number as the reference.

When is my payment reflected?

Finance verifies and posts payments received. Once posted, your statement, balance and receipt update automatically.

Do I need an account to enquire?

No. Anyone can submit an enquiry. An account is only needed to track an existing purchase.
